Returns

Our customers' 100% satisfaction is essential for us at VAQUER Clothing. We offer a 14-days free Return Policy:

  • If your ordered product did not fit how you expected it to, (to help avoiding this, simply check the respective product desciption and the accompanying size chart) not meet your expectations, or you simply changed your mind - we offer 100% refund.
  • Timing: we have a 14-days free Return & Exchange Policy, after the day your order was placed.
  • To be eligible for your refund, goods must be undamaged and in the same condition you recieved them.
  • In order to start your return, please E-Mail service@vaquerclothing.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name and the reason for the return.
  • We will get back to you within the following 24 hours and will provide you with instructions where to send returned goods. Customers are strongly recommended to get proof of postage as well as providing us with a tracking number after dropping it off at your carrier, when returning goods, in order to avoid "lost packages" situations.
  • Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs of the returned items.
  • When the returned item has been received and inspected, you will receive a confirmation E-Mail, notifying about the approval & refund process status.
  • As soon as the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to customer's original payment method shortly after.
